Terms of Service

By using CognaLearn, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

CognaLearn may only be used for lawful educational purposes. You may not use the service to distribute illegal, offensive, or intellectually infringing content.

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur within it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain rights to the content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide CognaLearn services.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if these terms are violated, the service is misused, or activities harm other users.

The service is provided 'as is' without specific warranties. We do not guarantee 100% availability or that AI will generate perfect content every time.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Because CognaLearn uses AI compute resources at the time of content generation, we apply the following policy:

• A full refund is available within 48 hours of your first payment, provided no flashcards or quiz questions have been generated.

• Once AI content has been generated, no refund is available as compute costs have already been incurred.

• If a technical failure on our side causes the service to be inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours, users may request a pro-rated refund for that period.

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Midtrans for Indonesia, or an international provider). Additional refund policies from those providers may apply.

To request a refund, contact suprcream1@gmail.com with subject 'Refund Request' and include your order ID. We will respond within 2 business days.
